Working in the medical alert industry has taught me so much about patience and empathy. Every customer has their own set of needs, and whether it’s a senior learning new tech or a family looking for peace of mind, it’s important to treat each situation with care. One of the biggest lessons has been seeing the lack of options for our aging community. Many seniors face challenges in finding solutions that truly meet their needs. It’s reminded me that it’s not just about the product—it’s about offering thoughtful, accessible solutions that make a real difference.
