With a passion for helping others and nearly 10 years of experience in the industry, Gjenes works tirelessly to ensure every client’s needs are met with empathy and efficiency. She holds a degree in Journalism and lives in in the Bay Area.

How has a Medical Alert System Helped You?

The years of stress and worry completely went away when our family decided to get a Bay Alarm Medical alert system for my aunt. A few years before, my uncle passed away and her kids were grown, so she lived alone. Although she still worked full time and was pretty healthy, no one would have ever predicted she would fall and be alone for hours before she got help. She was hesitant and didn’t want a medical alert system to take away her independence or age her. However, she tested it out and realized how important it was for us to feel peace of mind and for her to have that back up care.
