Once I got to the correct person, who understood my problem, she was quickly able to solve it by suggesting I convert to a HALO device. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 I no... longer have a device that goes off all on its own. For instance I wasn’t wearing the device (supper annoyed with it) and was in another room and it went of … go figure. I no longer have that problem.I would like to rake this opportunity to say that not all the staff are as knowledgeable as others. It’s like taking a shot in the dark until you get to someone who can truly give quality service. It took me 2 months to resolve this issue. Told one thing and then another.
