How to Remove a Bella Charm

Our handcrafted Bella Charms come in four unique designs. The charms are easy to interchange, however, we do advise to handle with proper care. Meaning, never just pull it off as this could break the small brackets that hold the medical alert button in place.
Remember, Bella Charms only work with our In-home Medical Alert Necklace Button. They are not designed to work for the Wrist button or our Fall Detection Button.
How to remove and change your Bella Charm:
- Grab the gray attachment at the top of the Help Button
- GENTLY pull it forward and it should simply snap out. No need for excessive force.
NEVER pulled the medical alert button off of the charm to remove. This could break the rubber attachment on the button or your lanyard.

To place a charm your In-home help button, simply slide the button into the brackets and snap it in. Be sure that it is on all the way.
