Removing & Replacing the SOS Mobile GPS Lanyard
How to remove the lanyard from the SOS Mobile GPS device:
It is very important to follow these steps to ensure the lanyard or the brackets do not get damaged. NEVER pull the lanyard off with force.
- Hold the device firmly with the back of the device facing you
- Remove the lanyard by GENTLY twisting the silver clip toward you away from the device
*Do not attempt to remove the lanyard by pulling the strings. This may cause damage to the brackets or the clip.
How to replace the lanyard for the SOS Mobile GPS device:
- Hold the device firmly with the back of the device facing you
- Insert the lanyard clip into the silver brackets until it clicks in the same way as shown in the video
Please be sure the clip has fully clipped into the brackets to ensure the device is secured onto the lanyard.
