Here, you can read reviews from other customers about us as well. As a company, Bay Alarm Medical highly values customer feedback.
It really helps us to grow our business and to better serve our current customers, any future customers we have, to know the things that we’re doing well and anything that we can improve on. The good, the bad, the ugly, we want to hear it all. Here is a little extra tip for you which is when you’re looking at customer reviews on a company, you want to watch out for any that have all perfect five-star reviews. It’s important for a company to have a healthy mix of positive, neutral, and negative reviews.
It’s really not as much about having bad reviews as it is how the company responds to the review. Look and see whether they make a good faith effort to resolve the issue.
